Carla Bruni has topped the French album charts, even knock Coldplay from the number one position.
The former model turned isaac Bashevis Singer (and now France's first lady afterward marrying French President Nicholas Sarkozy), released her modish long-player 'Comme si de rien n'etait' (interlingual rendition 'As If Nothing Had Happened') on July 11th.
After initial negative feedback from the French press, Bruni reached the number i slot this week, it was announced yesterday (July 25th).
